Being an Officer
Dynamic Roles
Each position is designed based on the officer's exact professional needs and and goals. This allows SBSA to provide all our officers with activities that they genuinely enjoy and find value out of.
Flexibility of Opportunities
We prefer proposing ideas we believe our officers would love doing over demanding them with what to do. If none sounds interesting, our officers get to propose ideas, and we find ways to make it happen.
Results Oriented
SBSA actively encourages officers to measure their activities and results. "I increased participation by 150%" is like music to the ears of your future employer, unlike simply saying "I improved participation."
